Shipping/Handling Information:
Items are shipped flat in a rigid mailer with a cardboard filler. We use only new, archival grade materials for maximum protection and security. The cost of shipping and packing materials, as well as the actual postage, is included in our shipping price.
We ship worldwide by priority mail. For insurance or other shipping methods, please inquire by e-mail. Orders can be combined to save shipping.
Payment Information and Return Policy:
Payment exclusively by PayPal. PayPal will convert the payment to euros if necessary.
We make every attempt to describe each item as accurately as possible. Returns are only accepted if buyer notifies us within 48 hours from receipt and item is not as described. The item must be returned wihin 7 days in the original shipping material. Refund will only be made for actual item amount. No shipping/handling charges will be reimbursed. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees.
